Eligibility Window for Returns and Replacements
We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery for most of our electronics and gadgets. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging. All secure seals, tags, accessories, user manuals, and promotional freebies that came with the product must be returned intact.
Valid Grounds for Return or Replacement
To maintain our premium service standards and prevent policy misuse, returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Please Note: We do not accept returns or replacements for "change of mind" or personal dissatisfaction with a product's aesthetic once the item has been opened and used. We highly recommend reviewing product specifications, compatibility, and customer reviews before making a purchase.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect our community from transit fraud and to ensure a quick resolution, Plugkart strictly requires an unboxing video for any claims regarding damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items.

The video must be recorded continuously from the moment you begin opening the outer courier packaging.

It must clearly show the shipping label, the condition of the box, and the actual defect or missing item without any cuts, edits, or pauses.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery may result in the rejection of your return or replacement request.
Verification and Processing
Once your return request is submitted along with the required proof, our quality assessment team will review the details. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. Upon receiving the product back at our warehouse, it will undergo a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If the item passes the quality check, your replacement or refund will be initiated immediately.

If the item shows signs of user-inflicted damage, unauthorized tampering, or missing parts, the return will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.
Refund Timeline and Mode of Payment
Approved refunds are processed securely and credited directly to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from the time the product passes our warehouse inspection. For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you to collect valid bank account or UPI details to process a secure electronic transfer. Please note that original shipping or COD charges, if any, are non-refundable.
